Insta 800 is a standard used to establish and ensure the quality of cleaning. The standard is employed to assess cleaning quality and plan cleaning based on an agreement. There are 5 quality levels, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest – reducing the risk of misunderstandings in the cleaning sector.

The course is provided through Andersen Control, who delivers the additional exercises and final test.
The participant learns to perform and plan cleaning based on an agreement and gains familiarity with the structure of quality standards.
They learn about the types of dirt that can be found in a space, various types of surfaces, objects, and the accessibility of areas. The purpose of the course is also for the participant to understand how to assess a space, plan, and prioritize cleaning tasks so that the space meets the agreed-upon cleaning standards upon completion.
After completing the course, the participant attains certification in this cleaning standard and understands the implications of the 5 quality standards.
The course is relevant in relation to the service we provide at four and five-star hotels, where there is an expectation that we deliver a high cleaning standard and adhere to the cleaning agreements we have made with our clients.
