E-asylearn is an inclusive learning platform aimed at strengthening the skills of both unemployed and employed citizens, equipping them to navigate the Danish job market. We believe in the importance of being closely connected to the job market, as it correlates with the enhancement of fundamental skills through upskilling and/or education.
You can click on the logo to go directly to the E-asylearn website:
We believe everyone should have the opportunity for education, but it can be challenging to learn and participate in courses without language support.

For Employers: Learning experiences your employees deserve
E-asylearn saves you the hassle of guessing which courses your employees need the most. As an employer, you don’t have to do without your employees during the period when you would normally offer them an upskilling course. Instead, provide your employees with ongoing access to E-asylearn’s upskilling courses at their fingertips – wherever and whenever it suits them. Additionally, you will receive a closed admin-access for organisations and companies, with the opportunity to give access to participants and monitor their work.
For Instructors: Focus on your students’ learning
With E-asylearn, it becomes easier to focus on teaching rather than explaining and interpreting in each student’s native language. E-asylearn can be actively used in your teaching, involving more of your students by offering them the opportunity to work independently with the courses, with support in their respective native languages. Additionally, you will receive a closed admin-access for organisations and companies, with the opportunity to give access to participants and monitor their work.
For Students: Strengthen your skills with field-specific learning
Education and upskilling provide the opportunity to constantly strengthen your skills and abilities. At KHRS Academy, we focus on you as a student, always working from the perspective that everyone should have the opportunity for development. E-asylearn allows you to empower yourself with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in your chosen field through a variety of vocational courses.
One month’s unlimited access to all courses costs €17 per month, per person.
In addition, you can purchase access to singular courses for €2 per course.
As a job center, you can also get a 14-day free trial period.
Subscriptions are NOT binding and can be terminated at the end of the month.
As a responsible representative from either a public or private organization, you have the opportunity to send your employees for courses aimed at qualification and retention. E-asylearn provides your citizens, employees, and/or students with access to all courses. This means you don’t have to decide which courses your students should have access to. However, if you actively work as a job consultant with the target group of unemployed citizens, we see it as a clear advantage that, in collaboration with the courses, citizens can gain insight into which field has the strongest potential for a possible job match.

E-asylearn is currently available in 12 different languages:
Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, English, Pashto, Arabic, Ukrainian, Turkish, Tigrinya, Somali, and Urdu.
While subscribed or under a license deal, there is no limit to the number of courses you can sign up for. You have full access to everything.
When a course has been opened, you have 30 days to complete it.
The courses are divided into three parts. Teaching material where the student is introduced to the subjects in the courses, as well as important information that the student must learn in order to pass the course. Such information could be, for example, which temperatures are necessary to heat, or cool food or which hygiene measures are necessary to avoid the spread of bacteria.
These are the following four types of exercises:
• Puzzle Image, where the student must learn by pairing pictures with the right sentences or words. There is also a translation function here, where the text or words are read aloud in Danish.
• Puzzle Text, where the Danish words or sentences must be paired with corresponding words or sentences in the language the student has chosen. Here it is also possible to have the relevant words or sentences read aloud in Danish.
• Single Choice, where the student must answer yes or no to specific questions. Here it is also possible to have the questions read aloud in Danish.
• Multiple Choice, where the student must answer specific questions based on three options. Here, the student can also choose to have questions read aloud in Danish.
The final test is a form of final exam where the student must answer a series of questions that test the student’s knowledge of the content or topics of the course. The test is structured as a combination of the 4 types of exercises mentioned above. Once the student begins the final test, the student has 60 minutes to complete the test. Upon passing the course, it is possible to get a certificate issued as proof that the student has passed the course.
The subscription fee is 129 DKK per month.
