Core Values

We are serious when we say that we want to develop people. KHRS want to improve the society that we are developing. We focus on the individual. Thus, at KHRS, we consider both the physical and mental health.

One of our goals is to create better terms and financial growth on both a national and international plan. We want to promote equality, prevent inequality and create better access to the educational system and the labour market. As an established actor, we take responsibility by creating changes that make a difference. We support the UN 17 Global Goals and are actively seeking to implement six of these into our company culture. We see a worthy life for all unemployed citizens as well as the respect for everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity and religious beliefs as one of our core values.

Promoting human rights and supporting an inclusive society is something we do in our daily practices. Our actions are targeted at improving the integration of minority groups, prevent discrimination and improve the diversity. We cooperate with multiple institutions to reach these goals.
Upskilling immigrant women helps improve their confidence and motivation to obtain employment equal to men. Improving their independence and life quality through active participation and by taking responsibility for their own lives. Many immigrant women experience social and cultural issues, such as patriarchal and gender-dominated patterns. Working with the integration and independence of immigrant women must be done in a flexible, patient, and holistic manner.
The idea of education must be executed in such way that both boys and girls experience equal opportunities to start and finish their education and find employment. The work with their parents can be a decisive factor. When both parents are on the labor market, it is expected that a new and modernized set of values become a part of the daily life at home, and the idea of equality and responsibility becomes integrated. This will help change the patterns of upbringing and over time result in a breakaway from traditional ideas of gender roles, which have a negative effect on the women’s position on the labor market.
A successful integration of the target group is expected to help with a gender-neutral structure and understanding – both at home and on the labor market. When the target group is integrated and enters the labor market and interacts with others, some patterns are broken – especially for women. This will result in a better upbringing for the children and give them the opportunity to create a better life for themselves through education and employment.
Our idea is that upskilling immigrant citizens through industry-oriented courses will lead to financial growth and a higher quality of life for the target group. It also benefits the local society and is a financial boon. The focus is to improve the idea of involvement and create a solid network, while motivating the target group to become a part of inclusive communities and participate through active citizenship.
Inclusion of the target group onto the labor market can lead to the individual citizen experiencing a stronger social network. If the citizen experiences that they are valuable and beneficial citizens of a society, they will be more motivated to participate in the local area. This will ultimately lead to a social and financial benefit for the society.
