Our company culture is the glue that keeps our organisation together. At KHRS, company culture is more than just a good mood at the workplace. It is a real connection between us people working together.

In 2006 we expanded our purpose and aimed at implementing our goals and CSR-policies in our company practices. Since then, we’ve increased our focus on improving the integration, by being an actor, source of inspiration and work on expanding our network and relations. The target group for the various projects has, among others, been citizens with language barriers, lack of resources, lack of work identity, physical and mental challenges, lack of motivation etc. Through many years of experience with employment-improving projects, we have gotten deep knowledge of how cultural differences and language barriers should be handled, as well as what solutions suit the individual citizens the best.

In 2006, we won the first Copenhagen Municipality Business Prize in the category “Environment and Social Responsibility”, which we are incredibly proud of. The reasoning from the Judge Committee was as such:

“KHRS is a company that has shown an impressive social responsibility. The company has had success with establishing jobs for people far away from the labour market, and has created a strong business, as well as a spacious and diverse work place in Copenhagen.”
