Visitors from Vestland Fylkeskommune – Erasmus Project

In connection with our integration and employment-focused projects and activities, and most recently, our participation in a conference hosted by the Nordic Council of Ministers, we were contacted by representatives from Vestland Fylkeskommune in Norway seeking knowledge on how we educate and upskill our employees and how this is applied in practice.

The visit spanned two days:

On Tuesday, the focus was on theoretical upskilling, including approaches and methods based on our own e-learning platform with 11 languages, E-asylearn. In addition, the visitors were shown how participants learn hands-on by using pH sticks to measure the acidity of a cleaning product.

They also wished to observe practical on-the-job training and speak with our supervisors. Therefore, on Wednesday, we visited one of our clients’ workplaces, where they observed both housekeeping and kitchen areas and had the opportunity to meet our Ukrainian employees.

A successful visit with significant potential for collaboration across the Nordic countries.
